Milling Connectors

OVVO’s award-winning Milling Connectors are designed to deliver strong, invisible joints across a wide range of substrates. They are engineered for efficient manufacturing and can be used in both flat-pack and bespoke furniture applications.

The OVVO Milling Connectors use our patented housing profile on both sides of the joint. This design allows the housing to be inserted easily into each panel. When the two panels are joined, the connector securely locks them together, creating a strong and durable connection. With no protruding components, the panels can be transported or stacked flat, making them ideal for production lines and flat-pack applications. This feature not only improves handling and logistics but also reduces the risk of damage during transport or storage, especially in busy manufacturing environments.

These connectors are suitable for use with a variety of materials, including MDF, particle board, and plywood. Because they are fully embedded into the material, the final joint is invisible from the outside. This not only improves the visual appeal of the finished product but also reduces the need for additional finishing steps.

Manufacturers can benefit from a significant time saving during assembly, especially in batch production environments. Whether using CNC machinery or manual tools, the milling process ensures repeatable accuracy and flexibility in a range of applications.

Joints and Angles

The OVVO Milling Connectors allow for multiple joint configurations and angle setups. These include right-angle, T-joints, and mitre joints, making them suitable for a variety of furniture design needs.
